Niki Montazaran is the Feature Literary Department Coordinator at Paradigm Talent Agency. She serves as a liaison between producers, studios, and other departments to gather information about film needs, in order to service clients looking for a new project. Most recently, Paradigm’s Feature Literary Department represented the writer or director for the following movies: FURIOUS 7, SELMA, MCFARLAND USA, and HOT TUB TIME MACHINE 2. Additionally, Niki is the first reader on most new client material, helping the department identify and sort through samples of emerging writers and directors. Paradigm’s Feature Literary Department represents 7 of the Blacklist writers in 2014, and continues to search for fresh new voices.
